Pertama Property - Property Management System

As part of the development team, I helped build a centralized CMS for Pertama Property to streamline their core operations: maintenance tracking, purchasing workflows, and facility booking.

The goal was to replace scattered manual processes with a digital platform that’s fast, reliable, and scalable. Key features I contributed to:

• Maintenance Management – Task scheduling, technician assignments, real-time status tracking.
• Purchasing Module – End-to-end flow from purchase requests to vendor selection and PO generation.
• Facility Booking System – Calendar-based booking with smart availability and approval rules.

I was involved in:

• Backend API development with structured data models and access control.
• Frontend interface using modular, user-friendly components.
• File handling for documents like invoices, POs, and maintenance logs.

This CMS significantly improved internal efficiency, reduced paperwork, and laid the groundwork for future tenant-facing services.
